One of the popular tourist activities in the province of Bohol is cruising down Loboc River while buffet dining on a floating restaurant. Emerald green because of the algae, Loboc River is 12 meters wide and 4 meters deep (I don't know how long it is). You don't cruise down the whole river, but the ride is around 40 minutes. At the turning point, you'll find three mini waterfalls and a band of musicians on a floating raft playing folk tunes for the tourists. I did some changes on the original photo like cropping the bottom and adjustint the saturation, brightness and contrast levels to really depict the colors of the river.

Roasted Chicken With Vegetables
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix ( or Golden Onion Italian Herb with Tomato Soup Mix)
2 1/2- 3-lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 medium all-purpose potatoes, thinly sliced
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
1 large onion, cut into wedges
2 Tbsp. water

Today, I decided to put down my thoughts and emotions. I am left at the house alone. Here I am busy in searching the internet and making blog but my heart and mind keeps on wandering. I stop and ponder what is wrong me? Something is bothering my mind. I just want to let go these emotions. Honestly, I was hooked with my parents over-protectiveness of entering a relationship that would lead to marriage. They've misinterpreted my view and principles in life. they often scolded me because of having this relationship.

We all knew Math is not an easy subject. I myself have a true experience with my Aunt's daughter having difficulty on her lessons dealing with numbers. she always got a low score on this subject. to quote a few lines,Forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,I press toward the goal.It reminded me of my past experience of my very own father who left us when were still young in the hands of our auntfor almost 15 years.This sad experience keep haunting me and it pained me deeply.But by the grace of God I met the Lord in my tender years and it cope me up to forget the past and look for the future.I need to move on, never looking back,or do need to dwell on the past errors to avoid making them again.Scripture seems to indicate that we should do a little of both.We do need to think back on our lives and learn from our mistakes.That's part of the process when we confess our sins and ask God for forgiveness.I thanked God for his great love and mercy for giving me enough strength and courage to face life with confidence.

Stir in tomato sauce and pepper; simmer 10 minutes. In lightly greased 2-quart casserole layer half eggplant, half the sauce, 1 cup mozzarella and 2 tablespoon Parmesan; repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
